He spent 12 years at Ford Motor Company, including serving as Managing Director of Ford Spain, and 5 years at Chrysler as the Vice President and General Manager of Chrysler and Jeep Divisions.

He has served as Trustee of his alma mater, Kenyon College, and on the Board of the National Multiple Sclerosis Society. Bell graduated from Kenyon College Magna Cum Laude, Phi Beta Kappa and was honored as an Academic All-American in football. He holds Master’s degrees from Johns Hopkins and Wharton. He is married to his wife of 30 years, Colleen, and has three sons, Josh, Jon and Matt.

Kathy Pinson

Kathy Pinson currently serves as LegalShield's Chief Operating Officer, working with and supporting all Vice Presidents of LegalShield, coordinating all administrative functions within the home office and field operations. With the company since 1979, Kathy has served with distinction in a number of roles, including Controller, Board Member, Secretary/Treasurer, Vice President of Marketing Administration and Executive Vice President of Operations. Ms. Pinson is a Certified Public Accountant, and served more than 20 years managing the regulatory compliance division of the company.

Keri joined LegalShield as its first General Counsel in 2003. She oversees the company's legal affairs, including litigation, corporate legal matters, and regulatory and governmental matters. Duke R. Ligon is an attorney, the owner and manager of Mekusukey Oil Company, LLC, and serves on publicly traded, closely held and non-profit boards. He served as Senior Vice President and General Counsel of Devon Energy Corporation for 10 years before retiring in 2007. Prior to joining Devon in 1997, Mr. Ligon practiced law for 12 years and last served as a partner at the law firm of Mayer, Brown & Platt in New York. In addition, he was senior vice president and managing director for investment banking and headed the Energy Merchant Bank at Bankers Trust Co. in New York for 10 years. Ligon also served for three years in various positions with the U.S. Departments of the Interior, Treasury, and Energy. His service as a Captain and briefer for General B. Abrams in the Republic of Vietnam, earned him a Bronze Star. Ligon received an undergraduate degree in chemistry from Westminster College and a law degree from the University Of Texas School Of Law.

In 1982, Mike was elected Attorney General for the state of Oklahoma. He served as Muskogee County District Attorney from 1977 to 1982. Mike appears weekly on Oklahoma City NBC affiliate KFOR’s award-winning public affairs show, “Flashpoint with Turpen & Humphreys.” In 2010, Mike was inducted into the Oklahoma Hall of Fame, the state’s highest honor. He was named Outstanding Alumnus for the University of Tulsa in 2000. He was appointed by President Bill Clinton to the President’s Advisory Council on the Arts at the Kennedy Center in 1992. Mike was listed in Esquire Magazine’s 1985 Register: Men and Women Under Forty Who are Changing the Nation. Mike argued before the United States Supreme Court in 1985 representing the State of Oklahoma. Mike co-chaired United Way of Oklahoma City’s $21.6 million annual campaign. In 2014 Mike co-chaired Allied Arts’ $3 million annual campaign. In 2013 he co-chaired the $15 million fundraising campaign for the Oklahoma City National Memorial & Museum. Mike received the John Kirkpatrick Award from Lyric Theatre for his leadership in chairing their successful $10 million capital campaign in 2006. Mike worked with OSU President, Burns Hargis, co-chairing Legal Aid of Oklahoma’s $1 million annual campaign. Mr. Turpen is married to his wife Susan, and has three children, Sean, Patrick and Sarah. He is a member of Westminster Presbyterian Church in Oklahoma City and served on the WPC Foundation Board of Directors.
